Podcasts cannot be removed from networks if payment details can't be found

If payment details can’t be found for a podcast – this might be because the podcast was added directly to a network that already had podcasts, so it was not the first podcast to be added and so there is no direct relationship between the paying customer and the podcast – an error is thrown. This is intentional, but there needs to be a better way of handling this, or associating a paying account with the podcast (or putting the podcast on hold until payment can be resolved).
